Here's how it works, one of OUR STAFF personally drives YOUR BABY BIRD or (birds) to your home- RIGHT TO YOUR DOOR! Now, how convenient is that???? (NOTE: We also have AIRLINE PERSONAL COURIER SERVICE ...........AVAILABLE NATIONWIDE!
A few days BEFORE delivery you will be contacted, normally via email of the exact day and approximate time of delivery. We will set up MUTUALLY AGREED upon schedule. We never just deliver a bird (s) to you without your COMPLETE CONFIRMATION first. Once that is all set up, all you have to do is be home at the time the baby is scheduled to arrive or have someone over the age of 18 (with proper ID) sign for the bird's arrival & there you have it! Your bird(s) arrive safely traveling in a climate controlled environment- no TEMPERATURE PROBLEMS, NO airport fears, NO delays or cancelations......NO Hassles! Absolutely No worries at all! The cost for this service in ILLINOIS/MISSOURI is $200.(Other states are available for delivery, please email us @ oasisaviary@hotmail.com for details & prices.

>>PLEASE NOTE<< The personal courier that will be delivering your bird is an employee of OASIS AVIARY, however they arethat, a COURIER, they are not AVIAN TECHS, nor "bird experts" they have very limited information regarding bird species & their care, and are not trained in answering any form of dietary, training, behavioral issues concerning your new bird. They will be dropping off the bird(s) to you in a bird carrier & requiring your signature at the door, stating that you have recieved your bird, that's all. We welcome questions, and we ask that you please contact Marsha, the AVIARY MANAGER via telephone @ 618-365-2261 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri or email Marsha @ OasisAviary@hotmail.com if you have questions concerning the care, etc of your new baby bird. Please make arrangements to be there to sign for your new baby bird. If you cannot please make arrangements for someone (18 yrs or older) to be there to sign for your new bird. We will not accept any liability, whatsoever, if the person whose name is on the account is not present to personally sign for the bird ordered. Also, we cannot be responsible for any such delay en-route due to weather or traffic, as these issues would be beyond our control. However, your bird is guaranteed to arrive to you via our courier service. PERSONAL COURIER FEE IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BIRD PURCHASE, it cannot be paid for COD. Once we have recieved your payment for the courier delivery, we will then contact you to set up a date & time of your personal delivery. We can deliver any number of birds for this same price (as long as they can be delivered in one vehicle). If two couriers are required, 2 courier fees will be required. Please note that the Personal Courier Service fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
