1.  Do you have a catalog?

Answer-We do not offer a mailing catalog at this time, however in the near future we may.

2.  How do I know what size of sweater to buy my dog?

Answer-Click on the "HOW TO MEASURE YOUR PET" button, and it will give you detailed instructions to get a proper fit.

3. What are your hours?

Answer-We operate on normal business hours MON-FRI CST 9:00AM-5:00PM (closed weekends & major holidays).

4. What if I want to return or exchange something?

Answer-Click on the "OUR RETURN POLICY" button, the information is provided, please follow carefully.

5. How should I care for my dog bed, dog clothes? Can I wash it in the washer?

Answer-Please follow the care of the item in the detailed section, decribing each item.

6. How long will it take to get my item?

Answer-Usually we ship within 7-10 business days, although you may get your item sooner.  However some
 
orders take longer depending on the weight or if it is a freight item, (we will notify you).

7. Does PETBEDS AND ALOT MORE do any custom/personalized orders?

Answer- Yes,we do! Please email us with your specifications, personalization info and we will see what we can do for you.  Please note that these orders carry an additional custom charge and will take longer for your order to process.  Time of processing will vary depending on the complexity of the customization.
