JUST CLICK ON THE APPROPRIATE BIRD SPECIES THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO ORDER & IT WILL TAKE YOU THROUGH THE ORDERING PROCESS FOR THAT PARTICULAR BIRD FOR FULL PURCHASE PRICE. YOU CAN SELECT WEANED BABY OR ADULT (based on availabilty- found on each bird selection), sex of the bird- male, female (DNA fees apply) or no sex preference. Choose color of your choice (if applicable). If you are wanting your bird shipped to you, you will need to go to the Delta or Contenintal Airlines button selection to pay for shipping. You may choose the option at the end of the ordering process to have your bird shipped & pay for your shipping when the bird is ready to ship.(all shipping charges must be paid prior to shipping).

OASIS AVIARY PURCHASE AGREEMENT

 Payment Plans? Same As Cash??!!

 At OASIS AVIARY we are fully aware there are families out there that desperately want a bird and companion and are very capable of providing a nurturing and loving home for them, but may not have the ability to pay cash for this purchase all in one payment.

We have now made it possible for you to make payments on a bird of your choice. Payments are made at your own pace and ability. No credit check is performed and no finance charges are added.  All this is required is for you to place a deposit on the bird species of your choice and we will set you up with an OASIS ACCOUNT.  After deposit is received and credited, you can then pay any amount whenever you choose until the account is paid off. (maximum 60days). Once paid in full, you will receive the first available (weaned) bird currently available or from the next clutch of the species of your choice.

This arrangement is done is writing (agreement/policy is displayed on checkout on the website when purchasing or paying with deposit online) Your submission of a deposit/or full purchase price upon ordering constitues agreement ofpurchase agreement)

1. CASH is welcome & the only method accepted for balances for home delivery/ designated location delivery sites, if not paid in full online prior to delivery. (delivery chrgs must be paid in advance- sorry we cannot accept personal checks, credit cards or money orders upon delivery)
2. We accept Credit/Debit cards &  echecks via the website through our secure server VERISIGN & PayPal.  And also you may pay with a CREDIT/DEBIT CARD even if you do not have a PAYPAL account, just click here for our ORDER FORM.

3. We can send you an Email Invoice:  for payment via your email (through PayPal) * you do not have to have a PayPal account set up already to pay via PayPal although you can do it now if you wish & will only take 5 minutes. And it's FREE!!!

We accept convenient payments available ONLINE  in the amounts of $500, $100, $50 & $25!!!!!

Which you can make at your own convenience, in any combination of the above. This is done via PayPal/ Verisign on our completely secure website with a valid credit/debit card or echeck     .

When you call you can leave all of the requested information on our VOICEMAIL, it is exclusively used for ORDERS.  After we receive your information, we will then email you, normally the same day.  You can choose to do  a PayPal Invoice so that you may pay with a CREDIT/DEBIT CARD safely & securely via PAYPAL! If you would like to reserve a baby that is currently available, please do so via our website with a deposit.  We accept orders via telephone by calling (618) 365- 2261 9am- 5pm CST Leave all requested information on our VOICEMAIL which is exclusively for ORDERS & we can either send you a PayPal Invoice via email to complete your order or you can USE OUR OUR OASIS ORDER FORM, just CLICK HERE to submit. 

If you chose to MAIL your payment you can send USPS Money Order or personal check to: OASIS AVIARY PO BOX 325- MILLSTADT, IL 62260.  (don't forget to fill in the ELECTRONIC ORDER FORM for either credit/debit or check/money order, click submit)

Or you can pay fast & easily with a Walmart Money Gram   at a store near you (24 hrs/day- 7 days a wk).  In most cases we receive it within 15- 30 min. & it is immediately credited in your name & your bird is reserved immediately & taken from the available birds area.

 Will you send me a catalog?
We do not currently publish a paper catalog. Everything that we have for sale can be found on this website.


Will I be charged sales tax?
We shall automatically charge 7.9% sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Illinois. Orders shipped outside Illinois are not currently subject to sales tax.

 

How do I cancel my order/item?
Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them. To cancel an order, please send an email through the “Contact Us” section of this website. Be sure to include the order number and write cancel in the subject line, & a detailed reason for the cancellation. Afterwhich time, and IF WE DO NOT recieve a cancelation from you, during this time frame-(EMAIL ONLY)

YOUR ORDER WILL BE processed and there will be no refunds, whether full or partial of any funds received, no exceptions will be made.


What if an item is out of stock? (applies to Merchandise Only)
We may not have all shown items available. If an item you order is out of stock, we’ll contact you to determine whether you would like to cancel the item or backorder it.  We’ll advise you as to when you might expect to receive the out-of-stock item.

Pricing information
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, OASIS AVIARY & (PBAAM)  shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product /bird listed at the incorrect price. Or require correct payment for merchandise or bird. Prices are subject to correction and or change, at any time. Any balance due to PBAAM or OASIS AVIARY will be recovered prior to delivery, pickup or shipping or item/bird will not be delivered, picked up or shipped.

Order Acceptance Policy
We reserve the right to refuse any order or special request. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. OASIS AVIARY & (PBAAM) reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

 

Regarding Oasis Aviary Pricing: 

People sometimes ask me if my prices are negotiable.  Here is my pricing philosophy.....

I believe I am just as,  if not more deserving, of retail pricing for my birds than most pet shops.  I do not get to close my doors at night and go home.  I do not get sick days, days off or vacations.  I often work long hours and sometimes around the clock.  I am on call 24/7 for my clients.

Yes,  I am sure you can find a bird cheaper elsewhere.  You will however be hard pressed to find a bird of the quality you will get from me.

I am not aware of a pet shop that feeds the very best high quality seed mix, fresh fruits & veggies, cooked legumes & pasta and Top of the line Harrisons, Roudybush & Zupreem pellets.  I know none that actually cook for their birds!

Each of my Hand-Fed & Hand-tame baby birds are lovingly handfed & raised by me from approximately ten to fourteen days old until they are weaned & ready to go to their new homes.  They are NOT RAISED BY THE PARENTS.  They are very well socialized, get medical attention if needed and are not forced weaned. They are happy jolly souls.

I have purchased high quality breeding stock in all of the species of my birds & assure that they are top quality!

I do occasionally have sales. I offer payment plans and  discounts  for purchasing more than one bird,  but my prices are not negotiable.

I make amazing pets for people....that is what I do!

I am more than happy to provide references from my clients, many of whom are repeat customers.

In referrence to SHIPPING: Please note that  we must receive payment in full prior to the bird/s being shipped, via DELTA or CONTINETAL AIRLINES (when paying with a personal check or money order please allow add'l time for processsing .  If your order is placed online with a major credit/debit card your bird will be shipped when the bird is ready to go.  If you are paying for your bird with an E-CHECK, then please note that  your bird will not be shipped or ready for pick up for 7-10 business days when the e-check has "cleared" our bank. 

When picking up birds at one of our "DESIGNATED DELIVERY LOCATIONS" or "HOME DELIVERY" your bird must be PAID IN FULL, along with an delivery chrges. No cash, checks or money orders will be accepted at the time of pickup or delivery.
 

BIRD Payments Plans have a term of maximum 60(sixty) days.  You must make arrangements to either pickup your bird at one of 5 designated delivery locations or make arrangements for home delivery before the 60th day, otherwise you will be billed for boarding the bird/s at our aviary at a rate of $20/day per bird ordered (LARGE birds, $10 for SMALL birds). If you have purchased a bird & has been ready for pickup & we have not heard from you within 24 hrs. your bird will be considered "abandoned" and your order will be cancelled & all payments retained by Oasis Aviary. 

 (A 3.5% service charge will be applied for all payment made by PayPal or Credit Card. It will show on the payment as tax/shipping/handling.
