All of our babies come with a 72 Hr. Health Guarantee. OASIS AVIARY GUARANTEES THAT, AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, OUR BABIES ARE FREE FROM CONGENITAL SICKNESS & HEREDITARY DEFECTS. We do not consider a slight growth of gram negative bacteria to be a disease but recognize that this is a stress-related reaction to the weaning process, being shipped &/or relocated to new environment . BUYER IS ENCOURAGED TO HAVE THE BIRD(S) EXAMINED BY A Board Certified Avian Veterinarian, and must do so within 72 hours of receipt to validate the guarantee, failure to do so nulifies this guarantee.
We guarantee our birds against Avian Disease & Genetic Defects based upon results of a Lab Histopath report within three (3) days after purchase. We must receive said report within one week (7days) of date of death, along with the remains of the bird *please note* You must obtain precise instructions on how to preserve,ship and or transport the bird in the proper state & container from your Avian Veterinarian before doing so. We are not responsible for any Veterinarian or Lab Charges incurred. No other guarantees are given or implied. Any purchase will imply acceptance of these policies. OASIS AVIARY warrants that at the time of purchase, the bird (s) are in good health, with no preexisting CONGENITAL DEFECTS.
All completely weaned babies are backed with our written Guarantee. If you have chosen to take a baby that has not yet completely weaned, no guarantee is either written or implied. Oasis Aviary is not responsible for ANY vet, or laboratory charges incurred by the owner. All adult birds are sold guarantee exempt.(as is).
In the event buyer fails to have the bird(s) examined by a veterinarian within the stated 72 hr period beginning at delivery or pickup, then buyer understands and agrees that the sale is of "as is" & no warranty/guarantee will be given.
The above guarantee applies to weaned birds only. All adult/breeder birds are sold guarantee exempt (as is), no warrenty or guarantee written or implied. You will receive a condensed version of this guarantee for framing purposes. However, this is our complete avian guarantee.
Please note: However, any negligence on the part of the owner/others, including but not limited to:
Not providing proper diet, caging, exercise, psychological stimulation, proper training for the bird once in their care. Injury (either accidental or intentional) or failure to seek prompt medical care and testing by a licensed avian veterinarian makes our guarantee null and void.
If it is determined by your Certified Avian Veterinarian & the histology report has been sent to us & reviewed that the bird you purchased expired due to a CONGENITAL SICKNESS or HEREDITARY DEFECT a bird of the same species will be provided for you in it's place, however, the replacement bird will be from our currently available birds (same species) or if none are available than from one of our upcoming clutches. It is neither written or implied that any monentary refund will be given, as a replacement bird is our guarantee.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
All of our baby birds can be reserved with a nominal deposit (which is directly applied to your account balance). If you are ordering a large bird eg. COCKATOO, MACAW, AMAZON or those birds priced $250 & up, the deposit required is $200 per bird. If you are ordering a smaller bird or birds priced $250 & under- eg. COCKATEIL, NORMAL GREEN CHEEK CONURES, CANARY, the deposit required is $50 per bird, management at it's sole discretion may require additional amount for deposit depending upon the circumstances. All deposits go towards the birds purchase price. However, all deposits for a bird on hold are non-refundable, if you choose to cancel your order.
A deposit or full payment must be received & processed in order for a bird to be reserved or placed on hold in your name. We accept convenient payments in the amounts of $500, $100, $50 which you can make at your own convenience, allowing our birds to be affordable, yet easily attainable. This is done via PayPal/ Verisign on our completely secure website with a valid credit/debit card, or via PayPal email invoicing contact us OasisAviary@hotmail.com or you may pay with a personal check or US POSTAL MONEY ORDER BY MAIL: OASIS AVIARY PO BOX 325 MILLSTADT, IL 62260 (personal check or USPS money order). A SIGNED PURCHASE AGREEMENT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL ORDERS.
We also offer the option of WALMART MONEY GRAMS, WALMART MONEY TRANSFERS, (which are available at most Walmart stores 24 hours /day- 365 per yr) to reserve your baby bird, or make convenient payments. You may also make payments via mail with a USPS Money Orders or personal check (please allow 2 weeks to clear our bank) for payments to process. We cannot however accept personal checks or USPS Money Orders via mail to reserve a baby that is currently available, only babies of future clutches/or eggs. If you would like to reserve a baby that is currently available, please do so via our website with a valid credit/debit card, or echeck or a Walmart MoneyGram.
You may also pay with a Walmart Money Gram/Walmart Money Transfer at a store near you & the deposit or payment is generally credited to your account within the hour.

We want the very best homes for all of our birds, so we try as much as we can to work with you on an individual basis to make this happen. We must however receive payment in full 2 weeks prior to the bird/s being shipped or delivered IF paying with personal check or money order.
Cash is the only method of payment at the time of delivery or pickup at one of our Designated Location Delivery sites or Home Delivery ( if payment has not already been made via the website).

How do I cancel my order/item?
Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them. To cancel an order, please send an email through the “Contact Us” section of this website. Be sure to include the order number and write cancel in the subject line, & a detailed reason for the cancellation. Afterwhich time, and we do not recieve a cancelation from you. YOUR ORDER WILL BE processed and there will be NO REFUND of any funds received, full or partial. No exceptions will be made. ( ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. By making a purchase on this website you are aknowledging that you have read, fully understand & agree to the terms herein.
What if an item is out of stock?
We may not have all shown items available. If an item you order is out of stock, we’ll contact you to determine whether you would like to cancel the item or backorder it. We’ll advise you as to when you might expect to receive the out-of-stock item. Just because an item is out of stock you will be responsible for payment of that item if you have not cancelled your order within 30 min of receiving notice.
Pricing information
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, OASIS AVIARY & (PBAAM) shall have the right to expect payment for the bird/merchandise in the correct amount or OA has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product /bird listed at the incorrect price. All Prices, whether bird or merchandise are subject to change, at any time without notice.
Order Acceptance Policy
We reserve the right to refuse any order or special request. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. OASIS AVIARY & (PBAAM) reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Damaged Merchandise
If an item is recieved damaged YOU must report the damage immediately to the delivery personell & file a complaint WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY/and/or the US POSTAL SERVICE- DO NOT contact PBAAM/ OasisAviary. However we would appreciate being informed of that your package arrived damaged, so that we may keep that information on file, however it is not the responsibility of PBAAM / Oasis Aviary to replace, or refund said damaged items. Please be aware that : PBAAM/Oasis Aviary cannot be held responsible for goods recieved damaged, nor will PBAAM/OasisAviary REFUND or REIMBURSE or REPLACE said damaged goods. You must contact the manufacturer or drop shipping service for information & to report a claim.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return all damaged items to the manufacturer, at the buyers expense. All refunds, reimbursements or replacements are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer - OASIS AVIARY/ PBAAM does not accept any responsibility either written or implied. All sales on this website are FINAL. It is your responsibility to file a claim if your item arrives damaged provided proof of damage during shipping is determined. DO NOT contact PBAAM/ OasisAviary for a refund or store credit of damaged items recieved, no refunds will be given, either partial or full. All sales are final. We will however provide you with instructions & mailing address/and or contact numbers that we may have available for you to return your damaged item properly so that you may obtain a replacement or refund directly from the manufacturer or drop shipping company, at thier sold discretion.
