EXCHANGE ITEMS MUST BE IN PACKAGING, UNOPENED, UNDAMAGED & MUST ACCOMPANY ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP/INVOICE, THIS IS REQUIRED, no exceptions. If it is an exchange item we will process your exchange.
If it is a Return item we will issue an ONLINE STORE CREDIT for the amount of the return item only (provided that all conditions under these guidelines are met.) NO REFUNDS! Either partial or full will be made, an instore credit will be given with management's approval.
Please note: Shipping/Handling/PayPal fees or charges will not be credited to the INSTORE CREDIT voucher, they are deducted from this amount.
Once we recieve an order & it is processed it CANNOT BE REFUNDED. ONLY an INSTORE CREDIT will be issued for amount of sale, at the sole descrition of management. PayPal fees, taxes & processing/handling fees will be deducted from amount. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS (store credit only with management approval, any in store credit voucher/approval can be revoked by management at anytime, without prior notice).

Please do not send a package back to us without recieving prior authorization, in this event all items returned without prior authorization will be retained & no in store credit will be given.

You must send the original packing slip/invoice dated within 30 days. After this time no exchanges and/or instore credit will be honored.
*All exchanges must be new, unused, UNDAMAGED & in their original UNOPENED package. They must contain all original product, nothing missing or removed.

damage caused by you or your pet to the merchandise or packaging.
We cannot honor STORE CREDITS or EXCHANGES for any merchandise or packaging that is not in its original new condition, in original UNOPENED packaging. Store credit or exchanges on such products are subject to our approval and a restocking fee up to the full purchase price, may apply. We're sorry, but no returns or exchanges on custom/personalized items/seasonal/holiday items.
Exchanges:
After you have received a EA # from us, VIA EMAIL, simply return your item; then place an order via email for the item you would like. Do not order this exchange via our website or your credit card will be charged again, and we cannot process a refund once this is done.
On the packing slip/invoice, please let us know the reason for the exchange and what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your protection, we suggest you to send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
shipping/handling charges on both the returned and replacement item are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges for selected "exclusive items" including large bird cages & drop-shipped items will incur a $80 restocking fee.
ANY ITEM that is returned or issued an in store credit voucher at the sole decision of management will have a $50 Order Fee that will be deducted from the amount.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, this includes all merchandise contained on this website, including but not limited to: "SALE /CLEARANCE ITEMS",
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES MADE FOR CAGES!!! THESE ARE CONSIDERED USED ITEMS, that may potentially contain harmful pathogens thus making it impossible for resale as a new, unused item. We will make absolutely no exceptions in this circumstance.
No exchanges will be made on seasonal or clearance/sale items. If an item is currently discontinued or out-of-stock (and you do not wish to wait until the product is available) Petbeds and Alot More will issue an INSTORE CREDIT,ONLY for the amt of item/items purchased, minus PayPal, shipping/handling fees. Store Credits are good only for 30days after issue. And must be redeemed before 30 days, otherwise the credit will not be honored, NO EXCEPTIONS. When placing an order you have electronically signed that you have read & fully accept all of the policies contained within this website.
All toys, cages, carriers, sale priced items, personalized, custom, special occasion, formal wear, perishable items, vitamins, supplements, treats, are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned or credit issued.
Exchanges for selected seasonal items may not be permitted. If an item is approved by management to be returned that item may be subject to a 50% RESTOCKING FEE. All PayPal fees plus a $40 invoicing fee will be deducted.

All of our babies come with a 72 hour health guarantee. OASIS AVIARY GUARANTEES THAT, AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, OUR BABIES ARE FREE FROM CONGENTIAL SICKNESS & HEREDITARY DEFECTS. BUYER IS ENCOURAGED TO HAVE THE BIRD(S) EXAMINED BY A QUALIFIED AVIAN VETERINARIAN WITHIN 72 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY TO VERIFY HEALTH OF THE BIRD(S).
A slight elevation of Gram negative bacteria is not an illness, but a benign condition caused by stress, example: flight, new environment, new faces, etc.
We reserve the right to have our own Avian Vet examine the bird. Shipping costs at the owners expense.

When placing an order either for a BIRD or MERCHANDISE you will be electronically signing that you have read & fully accept all of the policies contained within this website.
ALL BIRDS PLUS ANY EXTRA SHIPPING CONTAINERS AND TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL AND ALL CHECKS OR OTHER FUNDING MUST CLEAR THE BANK OF OASIS AVIARY PRIOR TO SHIPMENT OF SAID BIRDS. DUE TO THE EXPENSE OF SHIPPING LIVE BIRDS, FAILURE ON CUSTOMER'S PART TO PICK UP BIRDS UPON ARRIVAL CONSTITUTES CUSTOMER'S FORFEITURE OF BIRDS AND ANY MONEYS PAID TO OASIS AVIARY. PLACING A DEPOSIT ON OR PAYING FOR ANY BIRD OR BIRDS IS CUSTOMER'S ACCEPTANCE OF THE ABOVE STATEMENTS AND CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THEY WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REFUND OF ANY KIND. ANY RETURNED CHECK FOR ANY REASON WILL INCUR A $50.00 FEE TO CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL COSTS INCURRED FOR COLLECTING FUNDS FOR A BAD CHECK BASED UPON ILLINOIS LAWS REGARDING CHECK FRAUD AND US POSTAL MAIL FRAUD.

Bird orders are processed immediately & cannot be cancelled after processing -- no exceptions will be made. Once an order has been placed for a bird/s via phone or website it is immediately processed & that bird is taken out of the availlable stock/inventory, making it unavailable to another customer. We work on a supply & demand basis, recieving many phone & email inquiries daily regarding the availability of our stock. So, if you have purchased a bird from OASIS AVIARY, we honor your purchase request as a contractural agreement which is legal & binding. We immediately remove said bird from the available list and this bird is no longer available to another customer. This is our Policy and we adhere to it completely.
