AT PET BEDS & ALOT MORE OUR ORDERS ARE NORMALLY PROCESSED & SHIPPED WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS from when your ORDER IS CONFIRMED by us. If you have ordered an item/s and the delivery includes a Postal Holiday, please allow extra delivery time.  MOTOR FREIGHT ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING & DELIVERY.  

UPS Shipments:
Should damage occur in a UPS shipment, notify UPS immediately at 800-PICK-UPS- Do not contact PBAAM/ OasisAviary to report damage of parcels recieved. 

USPS Shipments:
If a Parcel Post package arrives damaged, have a local postal clerk verify the damage AND then immediately contact the US Postal department responsible for delivery of your item.  

Motor Freight Shipments:
In a Motor Freight truck shipment, note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading and notify the carrier immediately. BEFORE the carrier leaves.  Ask for contact information of the freight company & a damage control number so that you may contact them directly to file a DAMAGE CLAIM.  Do not contact PBAAM / OasisAviary for damages due to the negligence of shipping/delivery personell.

   

Some Frequently asked ordering questions:

How do I cancel my order/item?
Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them. To cancel an order, please send an email through the “Contact Us” section of this website. Be sure to include the order number and write cancel in the subject line, & a detailed reason for the cancellation. Afterwhich time, and we do not recieve a cancelation from you.  YOUR ORDER WILL BE processed and there will be NO REFUND of any funds received,  full or partial.  No exceptions will be made. (Please read this before ordering a bird/merchandise).


What if an item is out of stock?
We may not have all shown items available. If an item you order is out of stock, we’ll contact you to determine whether you would like to cancel the item or backorder it.  We’ll advise you as to when you might expect to receive the out-of-stock item. Just because an item is out of stock & will be shipped to you as soon as that item is shipped to us from the manufacturer, YOU will be responsible for payment of that item if you have not cancelled your order within 30 min of recieving notice.

Pricing information
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, OASIS AVIARY & (PBAAM)  shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product /bird listed at the incorrect price. Prices subject to change.

Order Acceptance Policy
We reserve the right to refuse any order or special request. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. OASIS AVIARY & (PBAAM) reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Damaged Merchandise

If an item is recieved damaged YOU must report the damage immediately to the delivery personell & file a complaint WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY/and/or the US POSTAL SERVICE-  DO NOT contact PBAAM/ OasisAviary.  However we would appreciate being informed of that your package arrived damaged, so that we may keep that information on file, however it is not the responsibility of PBAAM / Oasis Aviary to replace, or refund said damaged items.  Please be aware that : PBAAM/Oasis Aviary cannot be held responsible for goods recieved damaged, nor will PBAAM/OasisAviary REFUND or REIMBURSE or REPLACE said damaged goods

It is the responsibility of the customer to return all damaged items to the manufacturer, at the buyers expense.  All refunds, reimbursements or replacements are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer provided proof of damage during shipping is determined. DO NOT contact PBAAM/ OasisAviary for a refund of damaged items recieved, no refunds will be given, either partial or full.  We will however provide you with instructions & mailing address/and or contact numbers that we may have available for you to return your damaged item properly so that you may obtain a replacement or refund directly from the manufacturer.

 

What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping rates are based on the total purchase amount and orders are charged in full when a purchase is completed.

Our Standard Delivery shipping charges* are as follows:

For orders up to $40, shipping is $8
For orders from $41 to $80, shipping is $12
For orders from $81 to $150, shipping is $16
For orders from $151 to $300, shipping is $21
For orders from $301 to $500, shipping is $25
For orders from $501 to $800, shipping is $35
For orders over $800, shipping is $55


Our Expedited Delivery shipping charges are as follows:
For orders up to $40, shipping is $25
For orders from $41 to $80, shipping is $30
For orders from $81 to $150, shipping is $35
For orders from $151 to $300, shipping is $45
For orders from $301 to $500, shipping is $55
For orders from $501 to $800, shipping is $60
For orders over $800, shipping is $75
Please note that customized and out-of-stock items cannot be shipped via expedited service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHRG is $25.00 per order(in addition to Standard Shipping fee)    We do not ship our birds from OASIS AVIARY Internationally.

OVERSIZED/HEAVY ITEM is subject to an add'l $25.00 fee( in addition to Standard Shpg fee)

PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION:ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED EITHER FEDEX, UPS, OR USPS.  WHEN ORDERING ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE SHIPPED VIA FREIGHT, CONTACT US VIA EMAIL FOR PRICING AND ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME.

If your order ARRIVED to you damaged. YOU MUST CONTACT FEDEX, UPS OR USPS TO FILE A DAMAGE REPORT. 

If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE IT.  You may be held responsible for accepting the damaged merchandise and you may forfiet your right of refund or replacement from the manufacturer. When you discover the damage after opening the box, do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise as examination by the carrier’s inspectors will be necessary.

USPS Shipments: If a Parcel Post package arrives damaged, have a local postal clerk verify the damage, and write you a report, then it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to notify us USPS that a package has been recieved damaged.

 

Motor Freight Shipments: In a Motor Freight truck shipment, clearly & legibly note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading form BEFORE the delivery personell has left.  And immediately ask for the contact number & supervisor name in the DAMAGE CONTROL office.  It is your responsibitity to INFORM the carrier immediately, BEFORE they leave your residence. If your damaged item is discovered after they have delivered it to your door, then you must contact the shipper or manufacturer.  If you do not have and need this information, you may contact us for whatever information that we can provide to you.
